Hello everyone!
Today, I want to share with you about an interesting experience I had in Hoi An, a colorful city with a rich cultural background in Vietnam. In this trip, I participated in an exciting eco-friendly tour, exploring the daily rural life of Vietnamese people. This was truly a wonderful experience, and I want to share with you the highlights of it.
What will you do?
Visit a local market: Firstly, we visited a local market to learn about the cultural exchange and trading activities here. I experienced selling and bargaining like a true local. Communicating with the vendors and learning how to bargain was a fascinating experience.
Explore a dense coconut palm forest: Next, we embarked on a fascinating boat trip through a dense coconut palm forest on a traditional bamboo basket boat. This was a truly captivating experience. I learned how to fish with a net, listened to folk songs, and received some handmade souvenirs made from coconut leaves.
Join a cooking class: Lastly, we participated in a hands-on cooking class in a rural setting. I learned how to prepare traditional Vietnamese dishes such as Bánh Cuốn, Bánh Xèo, Phở, and Chè. Afterwards, we got to enjoy the dishes that we made.
